Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The swimming pool was nice and surrounded by trees. The breakfast was tasty, especially the banana and pineapple pancakes. The rooms were cozy with a terrace to relax outside. The staff, especially Mr Yan, were friendly and knowledgeable about the island, making for a memorable stay.

Some issues with the room, such as a mix-up with the bed arrangement and a funny smell in the bathroom of the second room. The hot water supply was also limited, requiring a wait for the water to become warm again.

The stay at Senggigi Cottages was wonderful. the cozy rooms and clean toilet were just what we needed after a long day of exploring. what truly made this place special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and always quick to attend to our needs. the level of customer service they provided went above and beyond expectations. We didn't mind paying a little extra for such excellent service.

For the price we paid, our stay at Cottages Lombok was a great value. The room was comfortable, with a nice bed and a fridge. The location was convenient, and the staff treated us like family friends, always going out of their way to assist us.

Yan, our guide, went above and beyond to share all about Lombok's attractions, offering personalized recommendations without being pushy. the cottages were new, clean, and comfortable, with a great bathroom. Convenient location, just steps from shops, restaurants, and the jetty to the Gili Islands. Friendly staff who organized a shared taxi to the ferry port and provided tasty food upon arrival. Comfy bed and clean room with a small outdoor seating area. Tranquil pool surrounded by coconut trees, perfect for relaxation.

The staff, facilities, and location couldn't have been better. Manager Wyan and his friendly team, including Didit, Mar, Kelvin, and Misriani, went above and beyond to make our 4-day stay relaxing and enjoyable. the rooms were spotless and spacious, with hot showers and little balconies. the pool was also super clean. It was the perfect base for us to explore Lombok, and we can't wait to return next year. Thank you so much for the excellent experience!

the room was spotless and had a great view of the pool. the staff were so friendly and accommodating, even refilling our water bottles for free to help reduce plastic waste. the location was perfect, providing a peaceful escape from the busy streets of the nearby area. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lombok!

The staff made us feel right at home and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. the pool area and garden were well-maintained and provided a peaceful escape from the busy main street. the location was also fantastic, with Senggigi Harbor just minutes away and the DAMRI bus stop conveniently close by. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning.

I had a great value for my money at Cottages Lombok. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely little terrace. The hotel is situated in a quiet location, yet not too far from the main street. The staff treated me very well, they were friendly, helpful, and not pushy with tours or anything.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by providing more toast. Although the menu mentioned choosing between tea or coffee and fresh fruits or juice, I assumed that meant I didn't have to ask for extra toast.

This place is mind-blowing! The staff is super nice and the room is jaw-droppingly clean and decent. The privacy is amazing with only nine room/villa options. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything you need, including the beach. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel was excellent, with a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The swimming pool was also a big plus, offering a refreshing place to relax and cool off. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the banana and pineapple pancakes.

One small issue we encountered was a mix-up with our room request. Despite requesting separate beds in advance, we were initially given a room with one big bed.
