The staff, both at the front desk and in the dining hall, were extremely helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with unique and purpose-designed furnishings. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool with its mini waterpark, were perfect for families. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food, and I couldn't try everything because I was too full! my family and I had a great time and I would recommend this hotel to other families.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, from the lobby to the room service, restaurant, and pool. The hotel also had a large car park area and was easily accessible to public transportation.

The ambience was great, and we really enjoyed the entertainment they provided. We were especially happy with the service given by Putri, who always had a beautiful smile. I really feel like I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was cozy and had a modern touch, although it was a bit smaller than other 5-star hotels. The location was good, although not in the center of everything, but the staff more than made up for it. They treated me like royalty and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff is phenomenal and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The Horizon Club team was especially amazing. The lounge was comfortable and offered a nice view of the city skyline. The service at the breakfast restaurant, Satoo, was stupendous. The waiters, waitresses, and chefs were all proactive and provided excellent service. The check-in process was welcoming and accommodating, allowing me to have an early check-in to accommodate my schedule. Additionally, the location of the hotel is conveniently close to prime business places.
