The value for money at Sri Phala was excellent, with spacious and characterful rooms. The location was convenient, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a great stay at a hotel located on a big street with easy access. Although the small entrance and not quite visible hotel sign might cause you to overlook it, the staff at Sri Phala Resort & Villa were friendly and responded quickly when our youngest child had a stomach problem. The room was spacious, but a two-seater couch would have completed the look. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Bank Mandiri ATM next door and a variety of food options nearby, including Dunkin, KFC, McDonald's. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance of Sanur beach, and the famous Mak Beng restaurant was just over the back door. The spa staff were friendly and provided excellent service, despite the outdated spa bathroom. A toilet shower was also available.

The location is convenient for those planning to visit Nusa Penida or other islands as it's close to Sanur harbour. Additionally, the hotel is directly on the beach, offering easy access to the ocean. The room was comfortable with a nice view, and the breakfast provided a variety of options. The gardens and pools were beautiful, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The villa is poorly managed with old beds, dirty towels, and staff who don't fulfill requests promptly.

The hotel had a decent breakfast and free water available throughout the day. It was located in a convenient area for my business meetings and had a nice view of the city from the room. the Wi-Fi connection was strong enough to work on emails and complete work tasks.

The bathroom had not been properly cleaned and the towels were not fresh. the noise level from other guests staying in the hotel was also quite disruptive, making it difficult to concentrate on work.

We stayed at Sri Phala Resort & Villa for 4 nights while in Bali. The rooms were very nice and the staff was great, as expected in Bali. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the access to the two pools was convenient. The hotel is also conveniently located next to a convenience store, a Dunkin' Donuts, KFC, and an awesome Japanese restaurant. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay enjoyable, and the spa facilities were amazing, especially the Balinese aromatherapy massage.
