I had a wonderful stay at a modern hotel in Fuerteventura with a beautiful pool and clean rooms. The food was delicious, and the Asian bartender was friendly and professional. The pool was amazing and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff, especially a person named Ozz, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

We loved everything about our stay at Alua Village. The rooms were excellent, the food was delicious with great variety, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pools were always in use and there were plenty of sunbeds. We enjoyed the animation team's performances and the beach was worth the walk. Hiring a car was easy and a great way to explore the island, and the bus stop was nearby for local transportation. We met wonderful English guests and had a fun-filled time. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and accommodating staff who provided early breakfast and informed about resort facilities. Ample parking spaces available. Quality food selection in buffet restaurant. Nice location near Port of Morro Jable.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. They were attentive to all my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and full of natural light, providing a serene and relaxing ambiance. The hotel's location was also ideal, just a short walk downhill to the beautiful beach. This made it convenient for me to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea whenever I wanted.

Room and hotel were clean and completely refurbished. Reception staff speak all languages and the safe, gated complex feels secure. the view from the main building is pleasant.

The hotel has no cash machine and you need cash to borrow towels, they don't accept card payment. the buffet is basic and mixed, with cheese and pork next to each other.

The room we were upgraded to had a beautiful sea view and was spacious and exceptionally clean. the staff were extremely helpful and kind, and the location was stunning. the food and facilities were great, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, offering different room options and accommodating our early breakfast request. The hotel is conveniently located near a surfing school and has beautiful surroundings. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious food and the hotel provides free parking.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.
