The resort is conveniently located close to the shore, making it easy to enjoy beach activities and beautiful views of the ocean. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff at the resort are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast at the resort is delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. Additionally, the resort has a spa where guests can indulge in relaxing treatments and massages.

One aspect that could be improved is the room service and housekeeping, as mentioned in one of the reviews. There were instances where plates were not cleared in a timely manner.

This hotel was a truly luxurious experience. The private facilities were exceptional, particularly the full body massage. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were beautifully maintained and offered a serene environment, while the beach access allowed us to enjoy stunning views. The restaurant served delicious halal food, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Breakfast was a standout, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The library was a little underwhelming compared to the other exclusive amenities, and we found the foot massage to be lacking in quality. However, these minor issues did not detract from our overall positive experience.

The views were breathtaking and the food was delicious. The location was great for exploring the island and the staff were friendly.

The rooms were not up to par. The cleanliness was lacking and the furnishings were outdated and uncomfortable.

Amazing Customer Service

We were blown away by the personal touch at Sudamala Resort, Senggigi. When it started raining, the staff brought us an umbrella while we were away from our room. They even took my girlfriend's gluten problems into consideration and catered to her dietary needs. The resort is not sprawling like others nearby, so the staff quickly became our friends. The rooms and public areas were beautifully cared for, and the villas felt like palaces. Plus, the free yoga classes twice a week were a wonderful bonus. We can't wait to go back and spend more time at this amazing resort. I highly recommend Sudamala Resort, Senggigi.
