During our stay at Silk Queen Grand, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in our room. The staff had prepared a beautiful welcome with rose petals on the bed, creating a romantic and cozy atmosphere. It was a lovely touch that made us feel special and appreciated. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its thoughtful gestures and comfortable accommodations.

Location was mind-blowing, a short walk to everything on the old quarter. The super spacious and comfortable room exceeded our expectations. The staff, especially the boys at the door, greeted us with genuine smiles and interest. Harvey was jaw-dropping with recommendations and even helped us get local vegetables. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The icing on the cake was the excellent spa downstairs and the accommodating massages for our 4-year-old son. The hotel also had a nice pool on the 11th floor and a great deck for drinks and food. We felt super well cared for by the friendly and helpful staff who even went the extra mile in assisting us with our Halong Bay cruise and transfers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Hoam Kiem lake and surrounded by great restaurants. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the rooftop pool area which was perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sophie at the reception. She went above and beyond to help us retrieve a bag we left at the airport. the room was clean and we even got an upgrade. the breakfast was good and we enjoyed the rooftop pool for a refreshing swim. We booked a cruise through the hotel and they handled it very well, even following up with us to ensure our trip went smoothly. we felt well taken care of.

The hotel was located in a great spot to enjoy the city's attractions and fun nightlife. the staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure guests had a comfortable stay. the breakfast was a delicious selection of fresh foods that were a perfect start to the day. there were two complementary tours offered during our stay which was a lovely touch.

My only issue with the hotel was the noise level. Although it was not from the outside, the sound carried from the common areas and could be disruptive at times.

I definitely got great value for my money with a comfortable room and friendly staff. The hotel's location was perfect, with lots of sightseeing places and delicious restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Hoam Kiem lake and close to some great restaurants. It's close to everything and so convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are nice. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast room has a great view and the hotel also has a small pool to cool down in.

Some guests mentioned that cleanliness could be improved, with reports of mold in the showers.

All was perfect.

The location in the old quarter was perfect, right near banks and food stores. The staff provided excellent room service and were always available to assist with any requests. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped fitness centre and a relaxing spa & wellness centre. The indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a terrace to enjoy the beautiful views. The in-room amenities, such as the mini-bar and in-room safe, added to the convenience and comfort of my stay. this place exceeded my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Perfect city center location near entertainment district, lake, and old quarter. Rooms clean and comfortable with great amenities. Sky bar offers amazing views. Breakfast has good variety, but could use more continental options. Staff friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at a modern and spacious room in the heart of Old Town. the bed was comfortable, the bathroom stylish with a great waterfall shower and bath. the hotel staff, especially Ms Huong, were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with organizing trips to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay. the location was perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring the nearby lake. the rooftop bar and pool offered stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Silk Queen Grand Hotel for its excellent facilities and convenient location.
