A great local experience with delicious food and helpful hosts. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The owner, Helmi, was knowledgeable about diving and snorkeling and helped us organize our activities. Breakfast by the beach was a wonderful start to the day.

The value for money at this guest house was excellent, and the room was cozy with comfortable beds and good mosquito nets. The location was great, right on the beach and close to shops and a pier for snorkeling. The staff treated me with warmth and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay.

The food for breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms, although small, were filled with thoughtful details like dry racks and clean rugs. The beds were super comfy, and the mosquito nets were effective. The hotel also had a clean and inviting lounging area with comfortable couches. The food at the hotel was absolutely amazing, with HUGE portions and delicious flavors. We loved that they offered three meals a day, and each meal was delicate and scrumptious. The staff, including the friendly host family, made our stay even more enjoyable. They were helpful in arranging boat trips and transfers, and they provided picnic lunches for our day trips. The hotel location was perfect, right on the beach, and we enjoyed snorkeling the beautiful reefs nearby.

Everything was fantastic.

I recently stayed at a wonderful place called Sunset Guest House & Bar. The owners were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was definitely the food - the best I've had in Indonesia! They even helped me arrange my dives and boat back to Manado. The owners are truly amazing and the overall atmosphere of the place is fantastic. I can't wait to go back!

We got great value for our money staying at this homestay. The room was comfortable and had a fan to keep us cool during the night. The location right by the beach was perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset and listening to the calming sound of the sea. The staff, Yoke and Helmi, were amazing hosts who arranged snorkeling trips for us and gave us helpful recommendations for exploring the island. They even went above and beyond by providing us with a GoPro for our snorkeling adventure. The dining area was a great place to socialize with other guests and the food served there was absolutely incredible. It was hands down the best food we've had in our 5 months of traveling. Each lunch and dinner was a unique experience, with fresh vegetables and herbs garnishing every dish. The portions were huge, which was perfect after our days spent exploring the local reefs. this has been our favorite guesthouse in Asia so far!

We got excellent value for our money with a comfortable room and three delicious meals included. The location right on the beach was perfect for watching sunsets, and the staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to help us arrange activities and make our stay memorable.
