I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious pastries, fruits, and hot and cold beverages. The location was perfect, with the train and underground station, shopping mall, and river front all within a 5-10 minute walk.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, as they were always happy to help and organize any trips or activities I needed. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and there were also beautiful gardens and a refreshing pool to enjoy. The hotel provided an authentic local experience, with a stunning view of the surrounding fields and mountains.

The only downside I could find during my stay was that the shower head could be improved.

The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with some offering stunning views of the surrounding rice fields. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist. Breakfasts are delicious, with options of eggs or pancakes, and the pool is clean and refreshing in the heat of the day.

The hotel can be a bit difficult to find initially.

Our stay at Surawan Bisma was absolutely amazing! The location was so peaceful and surrounded by beautiful rice fields. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The rooms were lovely, with new furniture and a small balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of pancakes or eggs, fresh fruit, and tea/coffee. The property had great wifi and a refreshing pool to relax in. We also had the opportunity to witness the rice cutting process. it was a perfect and great value for money!

The only drawback was the wood mite/insect problem on the dining tables, but it didn't bother us much.

Big room, clean pool, quiet location near center, friendly staff, helpful with trip organization, good price. Comfy bed, beautiful garden, 24-hour pool access, cheap laundry, walking distance to town. Excellent value with lovely garden view during breakfast.

the place, Surawan Bisma, felt like a home away from home. the room was spacious and clean, and I was pleased to find that there were no insects in the room. the pool was always clean and inviting, and I enjoyed taking a refreshing dip. the location was ideal as well - close to the center of Ubud but in a quiet area, which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. the staff were friendly and helpful, and they even assisted me in organizing trips at affordable prices.

This hotel offers great value for money, with clean and spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed. The staff is efficient, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, away from the noise, and provides beautiful views of the rice fields from the balcony. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast, which includes fresh fruits and a choice of eggs or pancakes with Balinese tea or coffee, is a delightful start to the day.

Quiet, peaceful location surrounded by ricefields. Superior rooms have added furnishings and some offer ricefield views. Lovely, helpful staff. Nearby restaurant serves excellent Indonesian food. Clean pool and well-cooked breakfast.

From our balcony, we had a stunning view of the rice fields, perfect for yoga or simply relaxing. the hotel also had a clean swimming pool and a lovely garden area with swings and rocking chairs. the breakfast served each day was delicious, with fresh fruits and a choice of eggs or pancakes.

New hotel, close to the center. Fresh towels, big room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, wardrobe with keys. Nice view from room. Hot shower, no mosquitos. Friendly staff, owner gave lift to Monkey Forest. AC works well. Nearby warung and 24h supermarket.
