Sutasoma Hotel exceeded our expectations! The non-smoking policy kept the entire hotel fresh and clean. However, it would be nice to have a designated smoking area outside with seating. The beautiful lobby and stylish design throughout the hotel made us feel like royalty. The rooms were in pristine condition, and the smart TV added a modern touch. The location was convenient, with several malls nearby. The breakfast buffet, although mostly Indonesian, was still enjoyable and we are confident they will include more Western options as tourism grows. The hotel scent was an added touch that made us feel welcome. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were friendly, helpful, and professional. The food, both at breakfast and in the restaurant, was delicious and offered a variety of choices. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of firm pillows and some areas in the room and bathroom not being thoroughly cleaned, we would definitely recommend staying at Sutasoma Hotel. our experience was amazing and we can't wait to come back!

We stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days and we absolutely loved it! The location was perfect - near the train station and in the Dharmawangsa area of south Jakarta. We were able to easily explore the city and visit a local mosque. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff was excellent, providing 24-hour room service, housekeeping, and laundry services. We were also impressed with the free Wi-Fi in our room, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The hotel had a dining restaurant and bar/lounge area that offered delicious food and drinks, including special diet menus. The highlight of our stay was definitely the leisure swimming pool - we enjoyed spending time by the pool and relaxing on the sun loungers. our experience at this place was amazing!

Our romantic stay at this hotel was wonderful. the breakfast offered a variety of options including an Indomie station which had perkedel, ayam goreng and telor semur. the staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even surprising us with an anniversary decoration, cake, and snacks. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation.

While there were many things we enjoyed at this hotel, the chicken porridge was unfortunately quite bland and tasteless. Despite this, we still had a great experience during our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
