During our stay, we were impressed with the convenient location of the hotel. It was very near to the pier where all the good seafood restaurants are, making it easy for us to indulge in delicious meals. Additionally, the hotel was also near the Harbour Bay ferry terminal, which was convenient for our arrival and departure. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was close to the HB mall and ferry terminal, making shopping and transportation hassle-free.

One minor issue we encountered was that the room was not perfectly clean, as there were some stains on the bed sheet. However, this did not greatly affect our overall experience at the hotel.

The staff at the hotel surprised me with a special setup in my room to celebrate my wedding anniversary. It made our stay truly memorable. Despite a small issue with the bathtub and towel stains, the overall room and facilities were great. The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, theaters, and the ferry terminal. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel as it's a stone's throw away from the ferry terminal and there are plenty of delicious seafood restaurants nearby. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, offering us a refreshing welcome drink. The room was spacious and clean with amenities such as a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable bed. The hotel also had an outdoor swimming pool and spa facilities which were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay when in this area.

During my Xmas holiday, I was happy about the free breakfast and Wi-Fi provided by the hotel, as it saved some money. the location was good as it was close to the ferry terminal and some stores in the area. the bed was really comfortable and allowed me to have a good night's sleep while on vacation.

The bathroom had a strong smell of mildew, and the shower was slippery, which made it unsafe to use. the furniture was old and needed replacement.
