The hotel I stayed in during my business trip was an amazing experience! the restaurant inside was just spectacular! The food was flavorful and delicious, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Another great thing was how easy it was to explore the local area. There were so many activities to do and places to eat and shop. there were two complementary facts offered that make my stay even better.

There were also some drawbacks to the hotel experience. One of the negative aspects was the high-priced laundry service.

During my recent stay at Swissotel Jakarta Pik Avenue, I was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade to a suite. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location, with direct access to PIK Avenue Mall, was convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and the hotel took the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of guests during these challenging times. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

One minor drawback was the slow elevators, especially during peak hours, which sometimes resulted in long waits. Additionally, I was hoping to have a bay view from my room, but unfortunately, it was not available.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities and fulfilled all of my luxurious needs. The service and hospitality were exceptional. The Spa & wellness centre provided top-notch massage and beauty treatments, with a relaxing Spa lounge and steam room. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for lounging. The restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious meals and cocktails. The in-room breakfast and poolside snack bar were a convenient feature. The private facilities and room advantages added to a comfortable stay. The hotel's location advantages include access to a shopping mall and plenty of eateries within walking distance.

The only minor issue was the slow elevator/lift service during rush time, but this should not detract from the overall amazing experience. The leisure/TV room was not utilized due to the numerous other amenities available.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the lobby had a chic and stylish vibe. As adventure travelers, we appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also great, with easy access to PIK Avenue Mall and a less crowded atmosphere compared to central Jakarta. We're definitely planning to explore the area more next time, as there are many interesting restaurants nearby. Special mention to Wahyu, the duty manager, for his excellent attitude during the check-out process.

We felt truly spoiled during our stay at this hotel, and have no complaints whatsoever.

I recently stayed at Swissotel in Jakarta for my honeymoon and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is newly opened, located near the airport, and right next to a mall. The food at the hotel was the best I had during my 12-day trip in Indonesia. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, with surprises in the room and a warm welcome. We even had a personal butler, Tan, who provided excellent service. The hotel's location is convenient, with only a 20-minute drive from the airport, and it has direct access to the PIK Avenue shopping mall.

I highly recommend this hotel.
