The hotel facilities were well maintained and clean. The room had a beautiful sea and town view with a comfy bed. The room attendants did a fabulous job cleaning. The hotel had direct beach access and a convenient side gate. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a great sea view and friendly staff. The room service staff were courteous and friendly. The watermelon juice at level 1 was delicious.

The hotel's location was convenient, with the beach right outside. Additionally, the staff were friendly and one member even recommended nearby places with vegetarian food for us, which was great as we enjoy going out at nights.

There was also a local food court just across the hotel that stayed open late at night. the staff, location, and amenities made for a pleasant stay.

We loved the clean and luxurious room, with high-tech television and complete facilities. The separate lift to the carpark was convenient. The hotel's location right in front of the sea was fantastic, with direct access to the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the nearby Hawker centre. The staff, from the receptionist to the cleaner, were friendly and provided excellent service. They followed up during check-in and reminded us before check-out.

Recently stayed at a lovely hotel in George Town for a relaxing beach getaway. The hotel had a fantastic sea view and was just a minute away from the beach. It was also conveniently located near a bustling market that opens in the evenings. The food options were great, with affordable prices and a variety of local dishes and seafood. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing excellent service throughout my stay. One staff member even discovered a broken toilet and had it fixed promptly. a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The stunning ocean views from our room were breathtaking! Although we arrived late, the helpful staff quickly provided us with key cards. We also enjoyed the infinity pool and flavorful breakfast. I recommend this budget-friendly, 4-star hotel.
