I absolutely loved this place! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the luxury and comfort it offered. The room facilities were exceptional, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is located in a very strategic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. And the best part? The stunning scenery that I could enjoy right from my room! The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel so welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast served here was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and everything was kept very clean. I recently stayed at a hotel in Palembang and had a great experience. The location was perfect, right in the town centre and close to the business centre. The room was comfortable and had all the facilities I needed, including a hairdryer in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The hotel could do better in terms of customer service and providing enough amenities. There were instances where customers were not given solutions or choices to fulfill their needs, like renting extra towels.
