The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, entertainment, and the beach. the room service is exceptional with friendly and attentive staff. the hotel facilities are also great, offering a comfortable and satisfying stay.

The hotel menu is limited and some of the food served during breakfast is quite spicy, which may not suit travelers with kids. the check-in and check-out process can be improved as there have been complaints about confusion regarding room type and long wait times.
