The facilities, such as the spa and gym, were a delightful surprise and added to our overall enjoyment. The driver provided by the hotel for our excursions was professional and ensured we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. The menu at the hotel restaurant offered a great variety of dishes, including both Moroccan specialties and European cuisine, ensuring that everyone in our family found something they loved. In addition, the hotel's gardens and pool, although we didn't get to fully enjoy them due to the weather, seemed like they would be lovely in the right season. I highly recommend this hotel for its opulent and luxurious experience.

Spent Easter weekend at a unique place with unparalleled customer service. Rooms were beautifully designed and comfortable with outstanding attention to detail. the garden and pool area, as well as the restaurant, were stunning and enjoyable. We loved the delicious Moroccan and international dishes served in the restaurant. the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly and helped us plan our activities and excursions. the location was perfect, just a short distance from major attractions.

We did experience a major inconvenience with the room key, which never worked, and had to wait a few times for staff to assist. the pillows took over an hour to be delivered even after requesting them twice.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel and were blown away by the exclusive amenities. the spacious rooms were beautifully designed, offering stunning views from the balcony. the outdoor heated swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and beach umbrellas, was an oasis of tranquility.

Our one minor issue was with the breakfast service, which was a bit slow and disorganized. Although the food was delicious, the coffee/tea in the lobby did not match the overall high standards.
