Staying at the Cali was truly special thanks to the excellent staff. From start to finish, Mu was so helpful, both via WhatsApp and in person, arranging a great driver for us and taking extra care of us after a fall. All the staff were lovely, with Nyoman assisting with our bags, Ketut always greeting us with a smile, and Titi being incredibly friendly. the villa itself, just like the pictures, had thoughtful touches throughout. the location was central and within walking distance to the beach and Canggu's cafes and shops. the 3-bedroom Sierra villa was perfect for our group, with a beautiful pool, outdoor courtyard, and spacious living areas. the kitchen was well-appointed, and the complimentary mini bar with beer and snacks was a nice touch. the Cali team made us feel at home, and we can't wait to return.
