The hotel had a nice and clean facility with a well-equipped room and a pleasant view. The location was convenient for day trips to Progreso and close to Galerias Mall, providing easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. Guests appreciated the fully stocked kitchen area, complimentary breakfast, and rooftop pool area. The staff received positive remarks for their exceptional attention and good service.

The hotel facilities were exceptional, offering a clean and neat space for our city trip. The staff was extremely attentive, making us feel at home. We appreciated having a fully stocked kitchen area, which allowed us to make basic meals during our stay. the rooftop area provided a great space to relax and take in the views.

Although the location was convenient for day trips, the hotel was quite far from the city center. The breakfast buffet could have offered more variety and not repeated the same dishes every day.
