The view from the hotel entrance was breathtaking, and the complementary drinks and snacks were a nice touch. the location was convenient, with many tourist spots nearby. the hotel also provided a shuttle service to take us around. the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

The breakfast buffet was limited and not very fresh. the staff were not very attentive, often ignoring our requests.

I had an amazing stay at Natra Bintan, a Tribute Portfolio Resort. The Glamping Deluxe Tent with a private jacuzzi was beyond impressive. The staff were genuinely friendly and always wore smiles. The chef at the activity centre's street food stall served delicious dishes. The free buggy services made getting around the resort convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.
