The free chocolates at check-in were a nice touch and the complimentary breakfast was decent. The hotel was located in a quiet area, just a short walk from a main road. One advantage I enjoyed was the cleanliness of the hotel which was impressive.

The staff was not helpful or accommodating and seemed rude towards guests. The parking was not secure and the hotel did not take responsibility for any risks.

During my recent stay at Comfort Hotel, I was impressed by the well-maintained property and the comfortable rooms. The hotel staff, especially Mr. Vishwajeet at the reception, provided a warm welcome and ensured a quick check-in process. The location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy to access various attractions in the city. The food at the hotel was excellent, and the family-run atmosphere added a personal touch to the experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucknow.
