Noisy housekeeping staff.

Great location, just steps away from popular attractions and with a nice view of rice fields. The rooms are comfortable and modern, with a good variety of breakfast options. The hotel also offers parking, which can be hard to find in this area.

Cleanliness was a major issue throughout the hotel. The rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator were not very clean, which made us hesitant to eat at the hotel.

All aspects of this hotel were ok.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the bustling town. It's just a short walk to Ubud Palace, Monkey Forest, and right across from Yoga Barn. The convenience of being in the center of everything is a major plus for those without transportation. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and attentive. They made sure that our basic amenities, like the TV, kettle, and fridge, were in working order. The rooms, although lacking in clothes storage space, were clean and comfortable. We especially loved the balcony, which had a stunning view of the rice paddies and was far away from the main stairs and elevator. The value for money was good, considering the location and amenities.

The breakfast options were very limited and expensive.

I had a very good stay at the Evitel Resort. The location is perfect, with the Ubud Palace and Monkey Forest just a short walk away. I loved the modern and new design of the hotel, and the pool with a view of the rice fields was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel could benefit from better soundproofing, as some guests mentioned being able to hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which may affect relaxation.

Spent my new year at this lovely hotel and I couldn't be more pleased! the room was cozy with a comfortable bed that helped me rest and recharge for the new year. the pool was a highlight, overlooking the lush green fields and providing a serene ambiance. Another plus was the friendly and accommodating staff, always ready to help and make sure I had a great stay. the hotel's central location allowed me to easily explore the nearby attractions, cafes, and shops.

The parking lot was a bit tight in the basement and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly before check-in. But these are just minor issues that did not detract from my overall positive experience at the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and yoga studios nearby. It was also conveniently located right by the famous Monkey Forest. Additionally, there was a large convenience store across the road where I could easily purchase snacks, drinks, and other items. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The rooftop pool offered stunning views of the surrounding rice fields and a beautiful sunset. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
