During our recent stay at The Warwick Arms, we had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for exploring Warwick and we were able to walk easily to the castle. The staff we encountered were friendly and provided great service. We particularly appreciated the helpfulness of Rosie at reception.

One specific situation that stood out to us was when we encountered a faulty radiator in our room. We mentioned this to the evening porter and he immediately provided us with a key to another room.

The location of the hotel was brilliant, it was within walking distance of all the must-see places in Warwick. the staff at the reception were incredibly helpful, friendly, and fantastic. They even managed to find us a parking space, which was really appreciated. Another great aspect was the room itself, it was a good size and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

One of the main downsides was the lack of evening food available at the hotel. the breakfast could have been better.

Felt like being at home, nothing too much trouble.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Situated in the heart of Warwick, it's on the High Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the town. Secondly, the staff at this hotel are excellent. From the welcoming reception staff to the friendly bar staff, everyone we encountered was attentive and made us feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms are well-maintained and have a modern decor. We were impressed with the attention to detail, such as the comfortable big bed and the lovely view of Warwick Castle from our window. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good selection, including tasty options like jam and honey, as well as delicious black pudding.

The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the bathing experience.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay, with plenty of choices and attentive staff ensuring that the food remained hot and topped up. We also appreciated the hotel's cleanliness, from the well-maintained facilities to the comfortable and inviting rooms.

This hotel was great value for the money! The room was comfortable and clean, with a separate bunk bed room for our teens. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the castle and shops. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with information and a map of the town.

The breakfast experience could have been better with improved scrambled eggs.

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of Warwick, right on the High Street. It was so convenient for exploring the town and visiting the Castle. The staff at this hotel are wonderful, providing great service with attention to detail. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The rooms at this hotel were well equipped and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the lovely modern bathroom and the fact that there were bunk beds available for our little girl.

The only thing that could be improved was the lack of privacy in the rooms. The wooden venetian blinds did not provide a private environment or keep out the light in the morning.

Nothing not to love.

Good breakfast, hot shower, friendly serving staff, fast check in and check out. Lovely bed, friendly and polite staff, well situated in the centre of town. Clean and vacuumed carpet. Awesome and thoughtful staff.

arms exceeded our expectations during this carnival! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us a map of the town and recommendations for family-friendly restaurants. the location was fantastic, within walking distance of the castle and shops. overall, a great value for money and we would definitely stay again!

lights weren't working properly

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. the location couldn't be better, very close to all the attractions and easy to get around. the staff were welcoming and friendly, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the bar. the breakfast was also a highlight, with a great selection to choose from and excellent quality.

There were some issues too. the heating in our room wasn't great, and it was cold in the bathroom, especially in the evening.

Great location, spacious room, modern bathroom, accommodating staff, ample parking.
