During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the fact that the hotel was conveniently located close to the beach and within walking distance to all the amenities in the area. The location was convenient and walking distance to local eateries and massage shops. the hotel also provided affordable transportation options including airport transfers. the staff were friendly and always happy to assist with parking.

The room facilities were outdated and basic, with no proper ventilation in the bathroom resulting in excess moisture. the breakfast provided was limited and did not offer much variety.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were truly amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They cleaned our room thoroughly every day without us having to ask. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool which was extremely clean. We enjoyed sitting on the sun loungers and the terrace by the pool. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to the beach, Kuta Square, and the Kuta Art Markets. We also appreciated the unlimited coffee during breakfast and the fact that we were able to connect to Netflix on the smart TV.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's close to the beach, shops, food stalls, and malls. You'll never run out of things to do or places to eat. the staff were also very helpful and friendly. They were always ready to assist whenever we needed something. Another great thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Although simple, the fried rice was delicious and a great way to start the day.

One downside of this hotel is the lack of amenities in the room. There was no phone to communicate with the staff, which meant having to go all the way down to the lobby for assistance.
