our recent stay in rimini at regina in spiaggia was amazing! the location right by the beach was perfect, with a beautiful view from our room. the staff were friendly and the breakfast had plenty of choices. we can't wait to go back and stay longer next time.

Great location, just a few steps from the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice breakfast buffet with a good variety of items.

The room was not clean and there was a strong musty smell. the heating system was not working properly, so we were freezing in the room.
