The hot spring facilities were excellent, and the food was delicious. The hotel offered a package that included access to the public hot spring facilities and a set meal. The price of the package was reasonable and provided great value for the money. The staff at the hotel were also very nice and helpful, enhancing the overall experience.

The room I booked turned out to be smaller than expected, with a tiny window and a bathroom that was not very useful due to its layout. The wardrobe was also small and obstructed by the bedside table.

The hotel had a tasteful decor throughout and the staff were polite and attentive. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. I loved the touch of having drinks, snacks, and fruit in the room, and the staff even helped cut the fruit. The shuttle bus was also equipped for my elderly mother to easily get off. Additionally, the relaxing lounge in the hot spring was one of my favorite spots.

The outdoor hot spring could use more comfortable seating for people of different heights, as well as better lighting. I also found the lighting in the indoor hot spring and bedroom to be too dark.

I had a very pleasant experience at Gaia Hotel. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a suite, and I was delighted to find a hotspring in the room. The staff went above and beyond by providing baby amenities without us even requesting them. The 30-minute back massage at Gaia Spa was the best I've ever had. Although we only stayed for one night, I would recommend staying for at least 2 nights to fully enjoy all the facilities. I highly recommend Gaia Hotel for a delightful and relaxing stay.

Got a weekend package that included a day pass with access to many facilities and a shabu dinner. The dinner was great, not just the shabu but also the sides. The hotel also had a nice library and a gym. Was glad it was near the Night Market. Facilities were very clean and well-maintained.

The room was tiny, definitely not enough space for more than two people, although it was advertised as a family-oriented hotel. , the hot spring was small and underwhelming.

The Spa & wellness center is definitely worth a visit. The sauna, full body massage, treatment room, and facial was just what I needed to unwind and relax. The outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers was the highlight of my stay, it was so serene and peaceful. The restaurant and bar/lounge area was top-notch. The food was delicious and the private facilities were exclusive.

I had only one issue during my stay. The location was a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but there were free shuttles to the two nearest MRT stations.
