I had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in between the beautiful gardens and villas, with direct access to a private beach. The staff provided exceptional service, going out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a balcony to enjoy the stunning views. The hotel also offered a wide range of facilities, from a spa and wellness center to a swimming pool and beach access. The attention to detail and quality of service were truly impressive.

Located down the mountain winding through the many cute little villages, The Lovina is in close proximity to the nearby village with more restaurants. Guests can easily find a supermarket on the way to buy water. The hotel offers breathtaking sunset dining on the beach, providing a memorable experience. The rooms are faultless with every imaginable thing for a relaxing stay, and the staff is amazing and accommodating. The pool is very big and clean, and the black volcanic sand beach is picturesque.

The hotel does not have a Nespresso coffee machine, but this is understandable considering Bali's efforts to be a green country and reduce the use of plastics.

The location of the hotel was great, right on the beach and close to some amazing restaurants and bars. , the hotel offered a great deal on the spa services, which helped me relax and fully enjoy my xmas vacation. One more thing I really enjoyed was the pool, it was clean and refreshing on hot days.

The breakfast was not up to the mark. The food was cold and not very varied.

Staff is exceptional, food is delicious, rooms are immaculate, worth the extra cost. Relaxing atmosphere with private plunge pool and free upgrade.
