Mrs Vinda Warganegara, the operations manager, and the lady in charge, provided exceptional customer service during our stay. the location of the apartments was convenient, with shopping malls nearby for easy access to daily necessities. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a spacious room on the top floor, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the city.
