It was comforting to know that there was always someone available to assist me. the receptionist promptly resolved an issue with the lights in my room and handled a misplaced suitcase with someone else's belongings. the location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the historical center of the city. Although parking is not available at the hotel, I was able to find free parking nearby. the room was clean and simple, and I was able to walk to all the main tourist attractions in Salamanca.

Didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Residencia Castellano I. the breakfast in the morning was a real treat, with a good selection of food to choose from. the staff were exceptionally friendly and it was enjoyable to have conversations with them. It was also great to know that there is always someone available to assist us at any time, which gave us a sense of comfort. the location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to the main attractions in Salamanca.

I had a great experience at Residencia Castellano I. The hotel's location near the train station and attractions was perfect. The room was clean and well serviced, although the hot water was only lukewarm. The staff were fabulous and the bar was always filled with locals enjoying tapas and vino. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, Sarah took the time to explain all the must-see places in Salamanca. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near the town center and tapas street.

Felt safe, staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
