we were impressed by the exceptional customer service at Niche Bali, from friendly Front Office staff to attentive housekeeping. Mustika, Nana, Surya, Yunita, and others made our stay memorable. the clean rooms, good pool, and quiet atmosphere added to the relaxing experience. Access to nearby amenities like a clinic, pharmacy, and shops made our stay convenient. A special mention to Putu for swift reservation assistance and Pucuk for safe transport service.

This hotel is perfect if you're looking for somewhere quiet to relax but also has a great pool bar for some fun days. The location is great, close to Poppy's lane for market shopping and a quick walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious and mine was next to the pool, which was a bonus. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are well taken care of.

The lighting in the rooms could be improved to create a more cozy atmosphere.
