Good location for airport transfers. Convenient shuttle bus to metro/train station. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Limited pool access during our stay. Enjoyed peaceful evenings by the poolside. Best of both worlds.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. From the friendly and helpful receptionists to the attentive restaurant staff and cleaning ladies, everyone made sure that our needs were taken care of. The room was spacious and well-stocked with water daily, and we even had the convenience of airport shuttle service. The hotel is situated in a peaceful and family-friendly neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful lawns, gardens, and vineyards. It was a great place for leisurely walks and relaxation.

We were a bit disappointed to find out that the pool wouldn't be open for another week, as there was no prior information about this. However, the staff member who informed us of this was not very welcoming in their manner.

The hotel provided excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean and stocked with water daily. The hotel facilities were good, and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. The location was convenient for those traveling by car and familiar with the city. The hotel was also close to Ciampino Airport, making transportation easy.

Nothing to complain about at all.
