I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and had all the amenities I needed. The pool, overlooking the jungle, was breathtaking, although it could have been a bit cleaner. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. The Nasi Goreng in the restaurant was the best I've had in this city, and the breakfast options were perfect.

The highlight was definitely the stunning pool overlooking the lush jungle. While it could have been cleaner, it still provided an amazing view. The staff at the resort were exceptional, always willing to go above and beyond to assist us. The restaurant served the best Nasi Goreng in Ubud, and the breakfast spread was perfect. The location, although a bit off the beaten track, was not a problem as the resort offered a free shuttle service to the center of Ubud. We also enjoyed the convenience of having free pick up and drop off for our activities. it was a great experience thanks to the attentive staff, clean rooms, and convenient amenities.

Although the resort was fantastic, a bit more information about the complimentary services, such as the photography session, could have been provided. Though the photography session was free, we were later informed that only one photo was free, making us feel deceived.
