The Sungu Resort & Spa truly exceeded our expectations. The bungalows were beautifully designed and decorated, providing a luxurious and comfortable stay. The spacious rooms and huge bathroom with an amazing shower and tub were a highlight. We enjoyed the privacy of our room, with a separate entrance and a little terrace. The shared pool with only three other rooms was a nice touch. The resort grounds were beautifully landscaped, adding to the overall sense of luxury.

The hotel's location was convenient, with a short 15-minute walk to the bustling main street of Ubud. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable beds, good air conditioning, and beautiful outdoor bathrooms. The staff were friendly and provided great service, going out of their way to assist guests with activities and trips. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options and was enjoyable. The pool was refreshing and clean, perfect for cooling off after a hot day out.

The restaurant lacked variety in its menu options, but luckily there were other dining establishments nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The Sungu Resort & Spa provided a great breakfast with delicious eggs, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. If something wasn't available at the hotel, they would make arrangements to help us, such as organizing a babysitter, an after-hours taxi, or a day tour. We felt safe and well taken care of during our stay. The resort is conveniently located near a convenience store, money changer, restaurants, and shops. We also enjoyed the beautiful rice fields behind the resort, perfect for a morning walk and the scent of frangipanis.

We had a great holiday! The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful. The pool was lovely and clean. The garden was beautiful and well taken care of. We also enjoyed the free shuttle to the nearby attractions and the convenience store across the street. The massages were great too!
