Loved their chic décor and the super friendly staff, so helpful and caring, going above and beyond to make our stay stress-free and comfy. the pool was fantastic for taking a dip and chilling out, while the massages were a blissful treat after a day of exploring. Just a small heads up, be careful, the floors can get slippery! for the price, excellent value for a cozy stay near vibrant dining spots.

the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed and at home. the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. the restaurant had a great selection of food at reasonable prices, and the pool was a refreshing spot to relax and cool off.

One improvement that could be made is the maintenance of the room amenities. the hot water in the shower was not consistently hot, and the local coffee provided was not of the best quality.

the hotel is impeccably clean with a spacious and comfortable room. the location is superb - close to a bustling road with plenty of dining options. we discovered great places to eat and had no trouble getting around with online transport easily available. the standout service is the heartfelt assistance from the staff - going above and beyond to make us feel at home - especially during tough times.

It had all the basic amenities you would need for a comfortable stay, including a clean and cozy balcony where you could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were kind and helpful, assisting us in finding a scooter rental so we could easily explore the island. The location was also convenient, being close to the beach and not far from major attractions in Bali.

The breakfast had a variety of Indonesian dishes, although it may not be suitable for those who prefer a full English breakfast. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service to Seminyak and Kuta centre, making it easy to explore the area.

The pool area was a bit small and lacked sufficient sunbeds for all guests.

As a regular customer, I was delighted when the hotel surprised me with a refreshing fruit platter in the room. This level of personalized service truly made my stay memorable. I had a fantastic experience at Bloo Bali Hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

The room was spacious and had a great pool view. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the breakfast had a lot of variety and was tasty. It's located near the main road which makes it convenient for transportation.
