I enjoyed the relaxing spa area with sauna, steam room, and swimming pool, as well as the provided dressing gowns and slippers in the room. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. daily room cleaning could be more thorough to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently.

The food was exceptional, with a vast selection of Bulgarian and International cuisine prepared by the talented chef Jordan. the breakfast and dinner were presented beautifully, making every meal a delightful experience. the hotel has a free shuttle to the slopes, which was convenient.

We loved the location in the forest, surrounded by a wonderful pine forest, which provided amazing air quality. The staff in the restaurant were kind and helpful, and the food, while not having a great variety, was delicious and fresh. The hotel interior was very nice, and the cleanliness of the facilities was top-notch. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle for those who didn't want to walk to the slopes.

We had such a great time at this place! The rooms were very nice, and even though they were a bit on the small side, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly, although their English wasn't perfect. We loved the location of this hotel, tucked away in the forest, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was so peaceful and quiet, the perfect escape.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Pleasant and professional staff, modern and cozy with a real fireplace in the lobby. Well-supplied bar with excellent coffee. Clean rooms and bathrooms, well-maintained spa center. Transfer from/to airport organized professionally. a relaxing and pleasant stay with great service. 😊

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the small swimming pool and spa area, especially after a day of hiking in the mountains. The room was spacious and we had a balcony with a great view.

The area was very quiet, with very few options for activities and dining. The hotel's limited menu options were uninspiring, so we ended up eating out in town for a change.

Complimentary mini-bus to centre, reliable. Underfloor heating in bathroom, very cosy. Well-managed pool and spa. Good value for money.

Spent Easter week at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the free shuttle service to the slopes and restaurants. One of the highlights was the spa, offering a large pool and a good selection of sauna and steam rooms. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay very enjoyable.

The gym was basic, with only a few cardio machines and no weight machines. some of the meals were a bit bland and lacked variety.

Friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast. Great menu choice for dinner. Sunny balcony with nice view. Big and comfortable rooms. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels. Promptly dealt with requests. Lovely pool area and hot sauna. Delicious soups.
