The room was surprisingly spacious and well-appointed. It had all the basic amenities you would need for a comfortable stay, including a clean and cozy balcony where you could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were kind and helpful, assisting us in finding a scooter rental so we could easily explore the island. The location was also convenient, being close to the beach and not far from major attractions in Bali.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was close to the airport and in a quieter area than the downtown district. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a variety of Indonesian dishes, although it may not be suitable for those who prefer a full English breakfast. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service to Seminyak and Kuta centre, making it easy to explore the area.

The pool area was a bit small and lacked sufficient sunbeds for all guests.

The warm water in the bathroom was a delightful touch, providing a relaxing experience. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, as it was conveniently situated in a prime area. The associates at the hotel were incredibly helpful and humble, making me feel welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The internet connection was lightning fast, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. As a regular customer, I was delighted when the hotel surprised me with a refreshing fruit platter in the room. This level of personalized service truly made my stay memorable. I had a fantastic experience at Bloo Bali Hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

The room was spacious and had a great pool view. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the breakfast had a lot of variety and was tasty. It's located near the main road which makes it convenient for transportation.

The service was not up to the mark. the front desk staff was inexperienced and unhelpful.
