The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was within walking distance to the attractions and venues we wanted to visit. the rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities like a microwave and fridge. the staff was friendly and provided great service.

The hotel was quite expensive and did not include breakfast. Additionally, there were limited dining options within the hotel itself.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and scenic walks along the canalside. The staff at Courtyard went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with all white sheets and a fresh smell throughout. The hotel facilities were great, including an amazing pool that our boys loved and a salt water hot tub that I enjoyed. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy walking distance to the First Niagara Center and nearby outdoor activities. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Having a breakfast option and Starbucks on-site was very convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard in Buffalo. The location was perfect, right next to the light rail and Canalside. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels in the bathroom. I loved being able to enjoy long walks along the canals even in the cold weather. The proximity to Tim Hortons was a bonus for my morning coffee fix. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and comfort.

The hotel also had an exercise room, a hot tub, a pool, and convenient onsite parking. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to park our car before check-in and helping us with our requests.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Buffalo located in a vibrant area called Canal Front. The hotel staff was professional and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light streaming in through the many windows. The hotel's attention to detail was evident, from the contemporary furniture to the basic amenities provided. I also appreciated the great location, with it being directly across from Canalside and just a short walk to the arena for the Buffalo Sabres game. The hotel's Italian restaurant and the nearby sports bar added to the convenience and enjoyment of my stay.

All in all, I had a satisfactory experience at this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect! The KeyBank Center, where we wanted to see a hockey game, was less than a block away. There were also several historic sites and museums in the area for history buffs. The hotel staff was wonderful, with everyone being helpful, polite, and pleasant. The bed, TV, and shower were all great, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The outdoor seating areas were also a nice touch.

The staff at Courtyard by Marriott were incredibly helpful and accommodating when our child fell ill. The on-site washing machines and dryer were great, and reasonably priced. The maintenance team was also prompt in fixing our heater. the staff provided excellent service and took away any stress during our stay.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modern design of the hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The location was ideal, being just a block away from the KeyBank Center where we were attending a concert. We were also pleased to find that the hotel was located right at the start of the Erie Canal Bike Trail, which was the main purpose of our trip to Buffalo. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of valet parking options and the absence of a complimentary breakfast, the overall experience at Courtyard Buffalo Downtown/Canalside was enjoyable. Based on our stay, I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, near the bus and train station as well as local shops. The service was amazing, providing dry cleaning, wake up service, and pet amenities. My room was very comfortable, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and saunas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating too.
