The location of the hotel is great, with a supermarket nearby and being in an entertainment complex. This was convenient for us as we needed to stock up on some essentials and also wanted to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the hotel is just a short drive away from the airport, which was perfect for us as we had an early morning flight to Bali. Furthermore, the hotel is located near Trans Studio Mall, providing us with plenty of shopping and dining options.

The hotel lacked a 24-hour swimming pool.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with luxurious decor and comfortable beds. The staff were all friendly and greeted us with smiles, making us feel welcomed. We particularly enjoyed the amazing food spread during the evening cocktail hour, especially the spicy tomyum soup and tasty desserts. the hotel was located close to key attractions, making it easy for us to go sightseeing.

The morning breakfast staff appeared to be slightly inefficient. They forgot about our tea twice during the first day and forgot to offer us beverages on the second and third day.
