The Westin Jakarta exceeded our expectations with its delicious breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful city views, and excellent facilities. We had a truly memorable experience and will definitely return in the future.

Located in a strategic area, this high-rise hotel offers amazing views from the lobby and rooms. The staff is polite and helpful, providing excellent service. The facilities are well-maintained, including a 24-hour gym and sports gear for rent. The rooms are delightful, with room service that exceeds expectations. Perfect for business purposes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Westin in Jakarta and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is located in Gama Tower, the tallest building in the city, which provided breathtaking views. The check-in process was seamless and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The room itself was modern and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a separate walk-in closet. The bathroom was well-equipped and even had a window with a roller blind for privacy. The amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and an espresso machine. The breakfast buffet at Seasonal Tastes was extensive and offered a variety of delicious options. The indoor swimming pool was a great place to relax, and the gym and spa facilities were also well-maintained. Despite being located in the Central Business District, it was easily accessible by taxi. I highly recommend the Westin for a fantastic stay in Jakarta.

This hotel provided the most luxurious experience I've ever had. Our room had exclusive amenities and a stunning view of the city. the establishment's service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was a dream come true.

The only minor issue we had was with the night club. the live entertainment was fantastic, but the music was too loud for us to comfortably speak, so we couldn't enjoy the experience fully.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Kuningan area, close to great bars and a fantastic mall. The rooms are spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking city views. The bathrooms are large and feature rain showers. The service is top-notch, with attentive and kind staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast offers a delicious variety of options from Asian to Western cuisine.

The pool, unfortunately, lacks space and depth for adults, as it is primarily designed for children.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape at this hotel. the rooms were spacious with incredible views and comfortable bedding. the indoor pool was a nice touch for a quick dip. the hotel also offered a variety of tasty food options.

We found the hotel lacking in character and ambiance. the overall vibe felt corporate and soulless.
