Cozy boutique hotel with attentive staff and convenient location. Although the room was small, it was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The doorman and other staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's amenities were nice and added to the overall experience. The rates were on the pricier side, but given the quality and location, it was worth it. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the city.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the tube and lots of bars and restaurants. It was so convenient to explore the area and find places to eat and drink. the breakfast at the hotel was also a highlight. It had a good variety of choices and everything was fresh and reasonably priced. Finally, the beds were really comfortable. After a long day of meetings, it was great to come back to a cozy bed and get a good night's sleep.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. First, the staff was very unprofessional.

We stayed in a beautiful boutique hotel in South Kensington, a great location close to Chelsea and all the attractions in Knightsbridge. The interiors were stunning and the staff provided wonderful service. Complimentary teas, coffee, dates, and cakes were served every afternoon in the beautiful lounge. The bed in our room was huge and extremely comfortable, and the duvet was light and warm. The air conditioning was very effective, keeping us cool during our stay. The hotel was well decorated throughout, creating a stylish and luxurious atmosphere.

There was no information book in the room about the facilities, such as the spa or how to use the TV in the bathroom. This would have been helpful to know and could have been resolved if we had spoken to reception about it.

My Thanksgiving stay was enjoyable. the hotel was able to offer me slippers and a bottle of water for free. their pillow spray was a nice touch. the location was perfect as it was near museums and other key attractions. One of the best aspects was the peaceful atmosphere in my room.

While the room was cozy, the shower was extremely small. the bed was also not full length which made it uncomfortable for me.

The staff were helpful and kind. The room was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. Convenient location near the Piccadilly line for easy access to the city center and airport.

Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and public transport. Luxurious rooms with complimentary refreshments and robes. Friendly staff that provides personal touches like drawing curtains and leaving chocolates. Small but enjoyable sauna. Will definitely return in the future.

Couldn't fault

We had the most comfortable and spacious room at The Adria. The bed was heavenly, and the shower was amazing despite a minor leak. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the tube and surrounded by great restaurants and museums. The staff, especially Audrey's management, made us feel truly cared for. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel experience.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and outstanding service. the spa center was a highlight, offering a range of massages and sauna options. Our beautifully designed room featured exclusive advantages that made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. the garden area was a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. We particularly enjoyed the in-room breakfast with special diet menus available.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a bar/ lounge area for evening drinks. the staff recommended fantastic nearby restaurants with exquisite cuisine.

The location was ideal for visiting Royal Albert Hall, with two nearby tube stations and many restaurants. The room was lovely and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel itself was quiet and restful with stylish decor. The staff were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The hotel also had excellent wi-fi availability and delicious breakfast options.
