The location of this resort is simply amazing. With beautiful pools, a clean beach just steps away, and stunning views of the ocean, it's the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided exceptional service, always helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast at Seasonal Tastes was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious food options. the facilities and room advantages were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The issue with the airport transfer. It was lost in the system, causing us unnecessary stress and anxiety.

The service was outstanding with a surprise fire dancing show during Christmas dinner. The beach area was enjoyable, offering the opportunity to stroll and visit nearby resorts. The day beds and gazebos provided a relaxing experience. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The free internet in the lobby was a great convenience.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Nusa Dua, Bali. the Westin Resort provided a great location with a beautiful, clean beach. the hotel itself was well-maintained and the service was top-notch. the staff were always friendly and accommodating. the buffet breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious foods. the beds were incredibly comfortable, with a selection of pillows to choose from. I also appreciated the kids club, which had a good range of activities for my son to enjoy. the restaurants on-site served excellent food.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊

We were pleasantly surprised by the personalized service at the Westin. As someone with food allergies, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had safe and delicious meals. Bayu and Made Summadita were particularly helpful and made me feel at ease throughout my stay. The beach was stunning and the buffet near the beach was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel provided an exceptional and luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities in the room were perfect and the Spa & wellness centre was truly relaxing. the swimming pool was perfect for a dip and lounging time. the beach access at this venue was amazing and the live entertainment was great with some remarkable performances. A BBQ facility and picnic area/table can enjoy the outdoor areas.

the restaurant service was not up to the mark compared to other services provided by the hotel.

Service is mediocre and not up to five-star standards. Staff seemed indifferent and not very helpful throughout the resort.

We recently stayed at a wonderful resort in Nusa Dua. the Westin provided excellent facilities and service for both adults and children. the friendly and accommodating staff made our stay personalized and enjoyable. Access to the private beach was perfect, and the resort had a great family-friendly atmosphere without sacrificing romance. the shuttle to Bali Collection was also a convenient feature. We will definitely be returning to this amazing place.
