We rang in the new year at a hotel that offered yummy treats and a complimentary champagne toast and breakfast on New Year's Day. the location was ideal, surrounded by stunning scenery and attractions in close proximity. One of the best things was the comfort of the rooms, especially the comfortable beds.

The noise from the busy road adjacent to the hotel was incredibly loud and constant, ruining the peaceful atmosphere that we had been looking forward to. there were too many screaming children in the pool area, making it difficult to relax while eating dinner.

The apple crumble, fettucine ragu, and angus burger have generous portions. Breakfast is relaxing, and the swimming pool is enjoyable. Cocktails are pleasant, especially with discounted prices. The suites offer ample space, surrounded by nature. The beautiful yoga area adds to the charm. The staff is fabulous, and the food is incredible. The pool ambiance at night is lovely. Bathrooms and beds are comfortable with quality linen. The hotel provides free resort activities, including yoga. The staff, especially Harry, is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good for regular diets.

This hotel is perfect for those seeking a luxurious getaway. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home with their warm and friendly hospitality. the exclusive amenities were top-notch, including a stunning outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a spa center offering massages and beauty treatments. We particularly enjoyed the spa lounge, which provided a serene atmosphere for relaxation. the restaurant served exceptional meals, with a variety of food options and special diet menus available upon request. Our room was spacious, and the in-room breakfast was an added advantage. the sun terrace and outdoor dining area added to our overall enjoyment.

The only minor issue we encountered was the location. Getting around required a car or scooter, which was a bit inconvenient.

The staff at Westin Ubud was incredibly accommodating when I mentioned my dietary restrictions. They created a special menu just for me, ensuring that I had gluten-free and lactose-free options for breakfast. Despite a small hiccup in our room, the hotel quickly fixed the issue and even gave us a room upgrade. The location was perfect, nestled in the peaceful jungle. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had the most amazing experience at a resort in Bali! The staff were so lovely and refunded us a night's stay when we had flight issues. The rooms were clean and cozy, with super comfortable beds and luxurious linens. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and the fresh juice bar was a nice touch. The resort offered free yoga and Pilates classes, which were amazing, and the infinity pool was a great place to relax. The location was convenient, with just a short drive to the shops, restaurants, and Ubud center.

One drawback was the banning of smoking on private balconies and outdoor restaurants, which I found to be an unreasonable policy.

The pool at Westin was absolutely stunning, offering a breathtaking view of the jungle. The suite we stayed in was spacious and had a magnificent view of the trees and birds. The breakfast service was exceptional, with a wide variety of options and accommodating dietary restrictions. The staff was lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. The wifi connection was excellent.
