Upon arriving, we were greeted with warm hospitality that already set a luxurious tone. the Spa & wellness centre was a fantastic way to unwind after sightseeing, providing a full body massage, spa lounge and top, quality service. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were well, kept and perfect for a nice afternoon. the exclusive amenities in the room were impressive, the restaurant offered delicious menus and in, room breakfast was delivered promptly. We loved the central location, which was close to the shopping mall and good restaurants.

The only minor issue we had was the packed lunch that wasn't up to the mark.

The hotel is situated in a mall which makes it very convenient for shopping and food options. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and clean.

The hotel staff seemed to have a gender bias as they constantly referred to me as “Sir” even after presenting my ID. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. the check-in process took longer than expected and we had to wait for our luggage to be brought down from our rooms.

Whether you're a mall person or just appreciate the convenience, this location won't disappoint. The rooms are spacious and clean, with bright colors adding a refreshing touch. The friendly hotel staff provide excellent service, making you feel appreciated and welcome. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate.

Some of the staff in this hotel mistakenly referred to a female guest as 'Pak,' which can be frustrating and shows a lack of attention to detail.

The breakfast at Westin Surabaya was absolutely delicious! They had a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The room was spacious and brightly decorated, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We even received a surprise birthday treat, which was a lovely touch. The location of the hotel, right above a mall, was also very convenient. I had a great experience at Westin Surabaya and would highly recommend it.
