The best thing about this place was the amazing host, Kadek. She was so warm and welcoming, and even picked us up from the airport. She gave us lots of helpful information about the area and the local culture. The breakfast that was served was absolutely delicious. Another great aspect was the key location of the homestay. It was situated close to many local restaurants where we enjoyed incredible and affordable food.

The worst aspect of our stay was the lack of administration in the homestay. There was no one to address the noise issue when some drunk guys were yelling in the hallway at 2 AM for more than 10 minutes.

The food at the homestay was also delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend trying Kadek's Hawaiian pizza, it's the best!

my valentine's day stay in serangan was unexpectedly amazing. turtle island homestay went above and beyond to make us feel at home and provide transportation, delicious meals, and personal tours at a budget-friendly price. it was even better than our previous stay in sanur.
