The hotel is conveniently located next to a large shopping center and within walking distance to some of the city's major attractions. The view from the lobby/restaurant is also stunning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western dishes which were both delicious.

Although the hotel is only a 7-10 minute walk from the nearest train station, it can be a hassle for guests with large suitcases as there are no elevators on any of the exits. some amenities require an extra fee which can be a bit of a disappointment.

The location of this hotel is superb, right next to Don Quijote and a short walk away from Abeno Harukas Observatory. I loved the incredible view from the reception area during breakfast. Being close to Tennoji Zoo and a beautiful park was a bonus. The breakfast options, whether Japanese or Western, were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
