Extremely clean space with a relaxed feel and friendly, helpful staff. Very central location near Monkey Forest and coffee shops. Great value for money, with assistance available for laundry and a kettle for making our own coffee. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with little touches like toiletries and tea/coffee provided. The owner was welcoming and accommodating, and the swimming pool was a lovely addition. The hotel staff were always available and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Ubud!

The place was spotless and extremely peaceful. Breakfast of banana pancakes was delicious. Friendly staff went above and beyond. Conveniently close to shops and attractions, easily walking distance. Room with pool access was amazing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The room I stayed in was right in front of the swimming pool, offering a really nice view. I loved having breakfast on my balcony every morning, and the banana pancakes were absolutely delicious. The hotel is also located within walking distance to the main attractions and coffee shops, making it really convenient to explore the city.

The shower had issues with water pressure and temperature control, making it difficult to have a comfortable shower experience.

This hotel is a gem in the centre of Ubud. Despite being tucked away in a quiet area inside an alley, it's still close to everything. The staff here are amazing, always with a smile and ready to help. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with a balcony to enjoy the view. The mattress and pillows are so comfy, and the aircon works perfectly for those hot Bali days. Another highlight is the delicious breakfast served on your balcony.

During my recent stay at Umala At Bisma, I was blown away by their amazing pool and beautiful property. The rooms were exceptionally clean and modern, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the monkey forest and popular streets in Ubud. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and I appreciated the convenient work area near the pool. The staff at Umala At Bisma were attentive and constantly checked in on us, making our stay even more pleasant. And I have to mention the delicious banana pancakes - they were definitely worth trying! I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Ubud.

The hotel had great value for money. the room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the pool. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the location was ideal, secluded and peaceful yet accessible to restaurants and shops, and nearby tourist spots.

Despite being clean and spacious, there were no toiletries provided, so make sure to bring your own. the surrounding area is still underdeveloped and has dirt roads, but the hotel is located close enough to the main town area to make it worth it.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got some serious bang for our buck. The room was top-notch, clean, and comfy. The location was pretty sweet too, tucked away in a peaceful spot but still within walking distance to all the action. And let me tell you, the staff treated us like royalty. Super friendly and always ready to help, they made our stay extra special.

Now, the hotel breakfast menu could use a little boost. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't terrible, but it would've been nice to have a few more options to choose from to start our day off right.
