The decoration was lovely and made us feel like we were in a high-end magazine. Our room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the three different swimming pools. We also appreciated the beach bag and natural mosquito spray provided in our room.

We didn't have any negative experiences during our stay and couldn't fault the amenities or service provided at the hotel. However, we wish the spa offered facials as well, although we found many options available nearby.

We had the most magical stay at Balquisse Heritage! The hotel's attention to detail and beautiful design truly exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. The breakfast in the beautiful surroundings was a fantastic way to start the day. We also loved the complimentary afternoon tea. The three swimming pools offered plenty of choices for relaxation. Despite a few minor issues with the room, we would still highly recommend this stylish and quirky hotel. we had an amazing stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Good the hotel provided unparalleled luxury amenities, meeting all of my expectations. the property had gorgeous sun terraces and sun loungers for relaxation. the hotel's spa was top-rate and provided an array of massage treatments. the outdoor infinity pool and swimming pool added to the lavish appeal. the dining experience exceeded all of my expectations, with special diet menus available at the restaurant and wellness bar. the staff provided exceptional services and were more than helpful.

Cons the hotel should consider offering additional private facilities. In this case, the pool area needed beach umbrellas to add a touch of shade during the hot days.
