My wife says that it would have been great if there were more family-friendly activities available for children.

Our room was upgraded for free, so it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. We also enjoyed delicious food throughout our stay. One staff member, Kirta, stood out for his warm hospitality and excellent service. He not only took care of all our needs but also guided us during our Mount Batur climb, making it a memorable experience. Thank you!

The Balinese style of the villa and the friendly staff made me feel like I was part of the Bali culture, adding a unique touch to my stay. The breathtaking mountain views offered by Villa Jempana were reminiscent of a postcard, truly a sight to behold. The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for a dip and relaxation after a day of adventures. The continental breakfast served at the property was a delicious start to the day, offering a variety of options to please everyone's taste buds.

We absolutely loved the location - right in front of a beautiful lake with stunning mountain views. The surrounding area was filled with local farmers planting and harvesting chili, giving us a unique and special experience. The staff, although sometimes a bit slow or unavailable, were overall very friendly and helpful. The room in our villa was incredibly spacious, with a high roof that added to the charm. The hotel provided us with a free motorcycle rental, which was perfect for exploring the area. We also booked a Mount Batur sunrise trekking tour through the hotel, and because it was the low season, we had our own private guide. Amazing!

The owner's family at this stunning location were absolutely amazing people, the room was huge and clean with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, the restaurant served delicious food, and the price for all of this quality was unbeatable. Incredible stay!

Had a fabulous Christmas stay at this place! Loved the stunning views of the mountains and lake, truly breath-taking. the spacious and clean rooms were a delight, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. the food was delicious, especially the chocolate pancakes. We also enjoyed the quick check-in and check-out process. a wonderful experience!

When we returned from our Christmas activities, we found dirty coffee cups and unmade beds. This really affected our enjoyment of the stay and left a negative impression.

Our purpose was to explore the local culture and enjoy the beautiful scenery. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They arranged a private tour to Mt. Batur, complete with a friendly guide who even carried our tired 5-year-old. The location was perfect, surrounded by spring-onion fields and fish farms on the lake. The restaurant served delicious local fish, and the pool was great. The small, nicely decorated rooms offered a stunning view of the lake. Free transportation to nearby attractions was an added bonus.

I had the most wonderful stay at a fabulous villa in an interesting location. The villa was beautiful and modern with stunning views of the mountains and Lake Batur. The staff were incredibly helpful, even acting as our drivers and guides for the Mt Batur trek. They recommended visiting the hot springs, which was a highlight of our trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pool and breakfast were fantastic. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

The Villa Jempana in Kintamani offered very roomy, clean, and new houses with a beautiful view of the lake. The amenities included a pool to swim in and reasonably priced food service. The guide for the Mt. Batur climb was considerate and accommodating, perfect for our 66-year-old condition.

We felt at ease during our stay, with no complaints whatsoever.

The swimming pool was a welcome relief on hot days. The restaurant served delicious meals, with the fish dish being one of the best we've had in Bali. The staff were friendly and helpful, and checking in and out was quick and easy. a fantastic place for a sunrise trekking experience.
