Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a fantastic time! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. the villas were spacious and clean, providing a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. the location was excellent, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and massage parlours. Being away from the main street, it was quiet and serene. One of the best aspects was the personal service provided by the female staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. the option to have breakfast delivered to the villa each morning was a convenient and tasty perk.

the pool needed cleaning upon arrival, but the staff promptly addressed this concern. the replenishment of towels and toiletries was a bit uneven, but this could be attributed to inexperience on the part of the housekeeping staff.

We loved the serene view and fresh air of this hotel. The staff were bright and charming, making us feel exclusive with their personalized service. The hotel only has 12 villas, allowing them to remember all of our names. We were impressed that there were no mosquitoes, making our stay even more enjoyable. The in-house services were great, from the floating breakfast in a heart-shaped basket to the relaxing massages in our villa. The location was convenient, with many central spots within walking distance.
