We had a wonderful stay at Citadines! the spacious apartment had all the utilities we needed, and even the smallest Studio apartment provided plenty of space. the bathroom was clean and we were provided with plenty of towels. We also appreciated the free secure parking, which had plenty of spaces and even EV charging options. the location was convenient, with easy access to motorways and a fuel station, supermarket, and McDonald's right in front of the hotel. the on-site restaurant was a bonus, offering top-quality food. Another great feature was the pet-friendly policy, both in the apartments and public areas. it was a beautiful, modern, and comfortable stay.

The Citadines Eurometropole is an extraordinary hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-designed. The staff, especially Clemence Bent at the reception, is friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides all the necessary amenities, including branded toiletries and well-equipped kitchenettes. The parking is easy and free, and there is a supermarket nearby. The spa area and facilities are excellent, with a wonderful pool, sauna, and Hamam. this hotel is simply amazing and the best I have stayed in Europe.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, offering a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was copious and diverse, catering to different tastes. We also appreciated the included parking, making it convenient for us to have our own transportation.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, being situated outside the city. This meant that for people without a car, it was necessary to use other forms of transportation such as taxis, trams, or buses.

I stayed at Citadines for a quick weekend getaway. The hotel staff was professional and gave us comfortable rooms. The well-appointed rooms had firm and comfortable beds, and the power shower was a relief during the heatwave. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, were fantastic. The hotel is located in a wonderful part of town, not too far from the city center by car or public transportation. Guests have mentioned that it is a perfect location if you don't want to go into the bustling center. The rooms are beautiful, large, and modern with all the necessary facilities for a long stay. You can enjoy the pool and sauna facilities, and there is even a gym for guests to use.

The gym opens a bit late in the morning, which may inconvenience early risers.

However, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to public transport options, allowing easy access to the city center. The room itself was tidy and had a lovely balcony. the hotel offered excellent facilities such as a spa pool, sauna, and Turkish bath, making it a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Value for money was great! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had nice facilities. It was also conveniently located, whether you had a car or used public transportation. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

During our Christmas stay, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We loved the balcony that offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. the pool was just perfect, especially in the evenings, and there's a spa that we visited free of charge for two hours. the breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

Despite the excellent service provided, we would like to note a few drawbacks. the additional cleaning service was only available for a fee, and the room was only cleaned once in six days.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it easy for us to explore and visit all the touristic spots. The staff was outstanding, always welcoming and helpful with anything we needed, from room service to tours/ticket assistance. The room was so comfy and clean, with great amenities like a flat-screen TV, kettle, and soundproofed walls. Moreover, the leisure facilities were unbeatable, with an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and beauty treatment services. We could relax and enjoy the gorgeous sun terrace, while sipping on our welcome drink.
