We got great value for our money with a comfortable and spacious room, and the staff treated us like royalty, always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city amidst beautiful rice fields.

Breakfast options could be better, maybe adding some more variety would improve the experience.

Wow, our stay at this hotel was incredible! We definitely got our money's worth with a beautiful one-bedroom villa, complete with a private pool. The staff treated us like royalty, always friendly and helpful. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short bus ride away from the center of town. We even ordered food to our room and it was absolutely delicious.

Menu for breakfast could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety to the options.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and treated like family. The service was top-notch, with room service available 24/7 and a range of amenities including a spa and wellness center. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing enhanced comfort. this hotel provided a luxurious and relaxing experience that exceeded our expectations.

Despite the exceptional service, there were times when the staff seemed to be too focused on smiling without actually addressing our requests. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

We had a great Christmas at this hotel. the stunning view from our room was a highlight, as well as the infinity pool. the location was ideal, with easy access to the town center. the onsite spa was a nice bonus, and we enjoyed relaxing massages. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was always kept clean.

We were disappointed that the advertised rice field trekking was not available during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast was average and didn't meet our expectations.

The location in a very green area of Ubud with beautiful scenery was fantastic. The hotel facilities, particularly the pools, were amazing and felt very private. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, including turn down service and daily cleaning. The shuttle bus into the center of Ubud was convenient and helpful.

I had the most incredible stay at a resort in Ubud. The suite I stayed in overlooked a breathtaking gorge with a flowing stream and waterfalls. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a beautiful balcony to take in the stunning views. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The resort even provided a convenient shuttle bus to take us into town. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.
