We had a truly amazing stay at this hidden gem in Ubud. The rooms were incredibly unique and clean, with a private infinity pool and outdoor shower. The service was top-notch, and the restaurant served unforgettable meals. The massages at the spa were the best we've ever had. The staff was friendly and hardworking, and the gardens were stunning. The complimentary afternoon tea and convenient shuttle service were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Ubud.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We felt like we were right in the jungle during our stay. The location provided a remote sense of adventure, with beautiful views and sounds of the forest. The rooms were spacious and had a stunning view of the jungle. The service was exceptional, providing us with a gratis light breakfast even for our early morning departure.

The noise from the jungle might be overwhelming for some guests.

Staying at this hotel felt like being in a magical forest. The Treetop villa we chose was beautifully designed with a large balcony and an exclusive view of the river below. The Spa & wellness centre was luxurious and highly satisfying. It had many treatments to choose from like full body massage and facial beauty treatments. Infinity pool, sun terrace, and loungers were perfect to relax and unwind. Room service was impressive. Dinner was an excellent dining experience with delicious meals and fantastic service. Also, the hotel's location was perfect, close but not too close to the city noise.

The private facilities were amazing with plenty of privacy, but the location of the treatment room was a bit unsettling, and it made us feel slightly uncomfortable.

L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité du centre et de plusieurs restaurants. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied, car le sanctuaire, les commerces et même la gare sont très proches. De plus, le personnel était très gentil et à l'écoute. Les installations de l'hôtel étaient très propres et modernes, et notre appartement était spacieux et récemment rénové. La literie était très confortable et le wifi impeccable. Nous avons également apprécié le petit-déjeuner, qui proposait de délicieuses viennoiseries. Enfin, nous avons bénéficié d'un parking gratuit à seulement 7 minutes à pied de l'hôtel, ce qui était très pratique.

Had an amazing weekend! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the private pool was a highlight! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location was great, surrounded by stunning nature and just a short walk from town. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with the option to dine in the beautiful outdoor garden.

That the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool and the shower pressure was a bit weak. a fantastic stay and great value for money.

The staff at Ibah were extremely professional and focused on delivery and client satisfaction. They were well trained, had a good attitude, and provided five-star service. The hotel itself felt like an oasis in a hidden jungle hideaway, offering a beautiful setting and relaxing experience. The facilities, spa, and restaurant were all wonderful, and the food, especially the breakfast, was delicious. The attention to detail throughout the property, from the welcoming desk to remembering your name, was impressive. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from downtown Ubud, and the complimentary shuttle service was convenient.
